Randa Luggage is proud of the quality of its products and services and warrants that all our products are free from defects in manufacturing or materials.  The warranty details vary by retailer, brand, product line and item.  You should see your warranty for exact details.

Note that air carriers, hotels, and others that handle your luggage are responsible for it while it is in their care.  Should your luggage become damaged in transit, you should contact the responsible party immediately. Additionally, your best recourse for a damaged product is usually to return it to your point of purchase, the retail store, catalog or online retailer from whom you made your purchase. Randa Luggage has arrangements with most retailers to handle the small quantity of defective merchandise produced.

Randa Luggage provides limited warranties with fixed time frames, this means that we will repair or replace defective items within the warranted term; however you, our customer, are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. You can be assured of many years of use of Randa Luggage products by:

  • Keeping your luggage clean and dry. All Randa Luggage products can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, DO NOT USE solvents or industrial cleansers.  Mild soapy water on a damp cloth is usually sufficient to clean any stains.

  • Keep sliding handles and wheels clean, spray with graphite or household machine oil annually.

  • Always close all handles, remove all add-a-bag straps, and close all pockets and compartments when traveling.

For products covered by a Randa Luggage warranty, you may return your defective product as follows:

"Randa Luggage warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the specific length of the warranty period from the date of purchase. We will repair this product without charge or replace it with an equivalent product if a defect arises during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, theft, normal wear and tear or injury to the goods caused by common carrier or private delivery services. Implied warranty of merchantability of fitness is limited to the term of the warranty contained herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state. Different terms apply outside the USA"

  • Preferably, the exact style # of your luggage; so we may determine the exact part number you require.

  • A detailed description of your luggage including brand name, color, dimensions...

  • A detailed description of the missing or damaged part.

  • Your shipping address.

  • Your credit card information.
